Own and mature the company’s Cyber GRC program, including cyber risk management, policy governance, control testing, audit readiness, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, third-party risk, resilience, incident governance, and responsible AI governance. Lead stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, IT, P&C, and business teams while translating regulatory and contractual requirements into practical controls and remediation plans.

Validate and configure CreditorWatch SaaS product versions for customers, review requirements forms, create internal build requests, deliver demos, perform Level 2 support, liaise with product and solutions teams, and identify process improvements.

Manage an existing customer portfolio, owning contract renewals, pricing discussions, upsell, expansion, product adoption, and churn reduction. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product value, identify opportunities, collaborate with BDMs on qualified leads, and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting. The role focuses on driving net revenue retention and supporting long-term customer growth.

The role involves full-cycle B2B business development including prospecting, booking demos, closing deals, and onboarding clients, primarily using Salesforce CRM.
