Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product value, identify opportunities, collaborate with BDMs on qualified leads, and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting. The role focuses on driving net revenue retention and supporting long-term customer growth.

The role involves full-cycle B2B business development including prospecting, booking demos, closing deals, and onboarding clients, primarily using Salesforce CRM.
