Validate and configure CreditorWatch SaaS product versions for customers, review requirements forms, create internal build requests, deliver demos, perform Level 2 support, liaise with product and solutions teams, and identify process improvements.

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software and SaaS issues; manage macOS device lifecycle via MDM (Iru); administer Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and Slack; support on-site and remote office IT (AV, printers, networking); run onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking and improve IT processes and documentation.

The role involves full-cycle B2B business development including prospecting, booking demos, closing deals, and onboarding clients, primarily using Salesforce CRM.
