As a Strategic Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts, develop relationships with key executives, and drive significant transactions in Australia.

Own technical execution of customer integrations across APAC: design, build, deploy, test, and maintain Cresta integrations with contact center voice, chat, and digital platforms while partnering with CSMs, Solution Architects, and Engineering to resolve issues and scale implementations.

Lead end-to-end conversational AI delivery across APAC: design, build, deploy, and optimize virtual and agent-assist models. Manage customer implementations, define solutions, drive stakeholder alignment, tune model performance, and enable customers to self-serve using Cresta Opera. Establish regional best practices and collaborate cross-functionally to scale Cresta's conversational solutions.

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of Cresta's AI SaaS platform across APAC, manage complex, customer-facing projects, define success metrics, ensure smooth launches, drive adoption, and collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to scale AI solutions.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll manage relationships with key executives, run complex sales cycles, and develop sales strategies for major APAC clients. You will also partner with cross-functional teams and own your sales targets.
