As a Strategic Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts, develop relationships with key executives, and drive significant transactions in Australia.

The Sales Development Representative will build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting in APAC markets, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales goals. Responsibilities include crafting outreach campaigns, analyzing market data, and collaborating with account executives to generate meetings.

Own technical execution of customer integrations across APAC: design, build, deploy, test, and maintain Cresta integrations with contact center voice, chat, and digital platforms while partnering with CSMs, Solution Architects, and Engineering to resolve issues and scale implementations.
