Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, expansion, success planning, and value realization with Cribl solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships, present business reviews, identify new observability and data pipeline use cases, monitor customer health metrics, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering. Mentor team members and support customers across time zones.

Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process, deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, support proof-of-concept sessions, and document customer use cases. The role requires familiarity with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, along with strong English communication, remote-work experience, and willingness to travel across Australia and APAC.
