Manage CrowdStrike’s Professional Services subcontractor ecosystem, including partner evaluation, onboarding, enablement, contracts, delivery standards, performance metrics, service offerings, documentation, and staffing support. The role oversees partner operations, capacity, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and services catalog management while collaborating cross-functionally and applying AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn; research accounts; identify cybersecurity needs; educate prospects; qualify opportunities; book meetings for account executives; maintain Salesforce records; analyze outreach performance; collaborate with marketing, partners, and sales teams; and develop expertise in cybersecurity, AI, and professional selling.

Leads reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Performs advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux; advises customers during security incidents; develops remediation plans; produces reports and presentations; communicates with technical and executive audiences; mentors junior consultants; and contributes cybersecurity thought leadership through public content and speaking.
