Leads CSL’s global external innovation and business development communications strategy, strengthening its reputation as a biotechnology partnering leader. Responsibilities include executive thought leadership, media relations, integrated digital and social campaigns, scientific and corporate content, conference communications, partner-facing web presence, and performance measurement. The role collaborates with R&D, business development, commercial, and scientific leaders to engage innovators, investors, researchers, and potential partners.

Manage daily treasury operations, cash positions, liquidity, settlements, cash-flow forecasting, treasury reporting, and Treasury Management System data. Coordinate transactional banking activities and Know Your Customer requirements with banking partners. Support treasury transformation, continuous improvement, funding activities, and effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Lead Australia’s Inclusion & Belonging strategy and support the broader APAC agenda. Own WGEA governance, reporting, compliance, executive reviews, action plans, workforce analytics, metrics, dashboards, and risk management. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Procurement, Corporate Affairs, and business leaders to embed inclusive practices across talent, culture, wellbeing, pay equity, flexibility, retention, and employee experience.

Leads finance business partnering for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, providing analytics, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, productivity insights, and strategic decision support. Oversees manufacturing financial performance, standard costing, variance analysis, capacity optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. Represents site finance with internal and external stakeholders, leads finance transformation and analytics projects, and develops a high-performing finance team.

Leads Japan’s end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice, expense, vendor, employee, and intercompany payment processing. Ensures compliance with company policies, Japanese regulations, financial controls, audits, and governance requirements. Partners with Finance, Compliance, IT, vendors, and outsourced providers to improve AP service delivery. Drives process improvements, system enhancements, operational excellence, and team capability development within a global matrix organization.

Leads global tax reporting, accounting, forecasting, provisioning, governance, and transparency activities. Owns the OneSource tax provisioning platform, drives automation and process improvements, and ensures compliance with Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting requirements. Partners with global Finance and Tax teams, oversees tax disclosures and Board reporting, supports strategic tax initiatives, and provides leadership on emerging international tax developments.

Supports Japan finance leadership through business partnering, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. Coordinates financial inputs across markets and FP&A teams, maintains data quality, improves reporting processes, and provides insights for commercial decisions, risks, opportunities, product launches, and other initiatives. Builds stakeholder relationships across Finance and Commercial teams.

Manage accurate and compliant Japan payroll operations, including employee inquiries, social insurance, benefits, retirement payments, PTO, attendance, overtime, vendor processing, statutory reporting, and payroll data in Workday. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Benefits, vendors, employees, and government agencies. Support audits, reporting, forecasting, payroll accounting, process improvements, and system or vendor transitions.
