Lead CSL's global tax function across ~100 entities in ~40 countries. Define tax strategy, governance, compliance, transfer pricing and tax accounting. Manage audits, disputes, regulator relationships, major transactions, and a global tax team; advise CFO, executive leadership and Board; drive process and system improvements.

Lead global strategic sourcing for IT & automation categories ($450M+ spend). Develop category strategies, drive multi-million dollar savings, lead supplier relationship and risk management, conduct tenders and contract negotiations (> $500K), mentor sourcing managers, align senior stakeholders, implement supplier performance KPIs and innovation, and support cross-functional procurement initiatives. Expect ~20% travel.

Lead biostatistical input for clinical development in Japan, manage statistical analysis plans, CRO relationships, CDISC deliverables for PMDA submissions, GCP inspection preparation, ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with global biometrics teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory submissions.

Lead and standardise APAC quality processes and electronic quality systems (SAP QM, EBR, SAP MII, RPA, Power BI). Support product launches, CMO onboarding, reporting solutions and affiliate/3PL changes. Partner with regional/global stakeholders and IT for testing, issue resolution, governance, SOPs, training, KPI-driven continuous improvement and change management in a GxP-regulated biopharma manufacturing environment.

Lead operational delivery of global cross-functional R&D projects: manage budgets, timelines, scope, risks and documentation; report to senior stakeholders; coach junior PMs; drive tactical execution to meet quality, budget and timeline objectives.
