Lead end-to-end immunology R&D programs from early discovery to first-in-human readiness. Own strategy, timelines, go/no-go decisions, data-driven packages, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, external partnerships, and contribute to therapeutic area strategy to progress biologics candidates into IND-enabling stages.

Support executive and global compensation programs through data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. Assist annual salary reviews, incentive awards, and external remuneration disclosures. Lead immunology scientific strategy and translational efforts from target identification through first-in-disease. Serve as subject-matter expert across rheumatology, neuroimmunology, and rare dermatology; evaluate assets, guide IND-enabling and early clinical design, define biomarkers and patient stratification, and support portfolio prioritization. Partner cross-functionally with discovery, translational medicine, clinical development, business development, and external KOLs to advance the immunology pipeline.

Manage end-to-end R&D contract administration and business operations, including drafting templates, executing contracts, vendor setup, PO creation, invoice resolution, recordkeeping, audits, stakeholder liaison with Procurement and Compliance, and supporting operational tracking and reporting.

Designs and implements AI, automation, and analytics solutions for supply chain. Develops data models, governance, reporting, and advanced analytics; collaborates with process owners to enable data-driven decisions and trains/supports business users.

Lead deployment and scaling of AI/ML models, agentic tools, and automation across R&D. Drive MLOps, platform integration, compliance, stakeholder partnerships, capability building, end-user support, and metrics tracking to deliver measurable value.
