Oversees product registrations, lifecycle management, regulatory submissions, labeling, promotional review, compliance, audit readiness, and CAPA completion. Acts as the primary interface with health authorities, government bodies, industry associations, and commercial teams while guiding regulatory teams and managing complex cross-functional timelines.

Supports Japan finance leadership through business partnering, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. Coordinates financial inputs across markets and FP&A teams, maintains data quality, improves reporting processes, and provides insights for commercial decisions, risks, opportunities, product launches, and other initiatives. Builds stakeholder relationships across Finance and Commercial teams.

Lead corporate tax compliance, advisory, risk management, audits, tax accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash tax planning across Australia and APAC. Advise stakeholders on transactions and strategic initiatives, oversee Australian R&D Tax Incentive claims, support transfer pricing, monitor legislative changes, and drive tax-process improvements. The role also contributes to regional and global tax strategy and projects while managing external advisors and tax authority engagements.

Leads global intellectual property strategy for early research and development programs, including recombinant proteins, antibodies, plasma proteins, mRNA, gene and cell therapies, and other modalities. Manages patent attorneys and external counsel; oversees invention harvesting, patent prosecution, defense, enforcement, trade secrets, freedom-to-operate analysis, due diligence, transactions, litigation support, governance participation, budget planning, and strategic IP advice to senior R&D and research leadership.

Provides advanced statistical expertise to technical operations, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams in a GxP environment. Applies statistical modeling, multivariate analysis, machine learning, process monitoring, comparability assessments, and analytics to support product quality, investigations, validation, lifecycle management, technology transfers, and continuous improvement. Also supports regulatory submissions, audits, training, and cross-functional decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.

Leads development, implementation, and maintenance of mass spectrometry methods for biotherapeutic product characterization. Conducts protein, peptide, glycan, impurity, variant, and metabolite analyses; maintains instruments; evaluates and reports experiments; supports regulatory data integrity; presents complex findings; and provides technical leadership and training across multidisciplinary teams.

Manage end-to-end R&D contract administration and business operations, including drafting templates, executing contracts, vendor setup, PO creation, invoice resolution, recordkeeping, audits, stakeholder liaison with Procurement and Compliance, and supporting operational tracking and reporting.

Lead global vaccines safety science activities including pharmacovigilance governance, regulatory compliance, signal detection, safety data analysis, inspection readiness, PSMF maintenance, process optimization, and technical translation of business requirements into reporting and visualization solutions. Manage teams, contribute to post-marketing and study safety reporting, and support regulatory submissions and audits.

Lead global labelling strategy and operations for Seqirus' vaccine portfolio, manage and coach a global labelling team, own end-to-end labelling review and approval, ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety updates, support annual strain updates, represent company in regulatory forums and audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely labelling.

Leads Japan-focused regulatory CMC strategy for biopharmaceutical products, including regulatory filings, health authority interactions with PMDA and MHLW, submission management, lifecycle activities, compliance, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides strategic guidance, mentors colleagues, maintains regulatory records, and supports product development, registration, commercialization, and continuous process improvement.

Manage accurate and compliant Japan payroll operations, including employee inquiries, social insurance, benefits, retirement payments, PTO, attendance, overtime, vendor processing, statutory reporting, and payroll data in Workday. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Benefits, vendors, employees, and government agencies. Support audits, reporting, forecasting, payroll accounting, process improvements, and system or vendor transitions.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to two senior Corporate & External Affairs leaders and their teams. Manage complex calendars, international travel, meetings, budgets and financial administration. Prepare and edit presentations, reports and correspondence, track actions and workflows, coordinate global events and visitors, and handle sensitive information with discretion to optimize cross-regional collaboration and function effectiveness.

Serve as CSL's senior representative in the regional biotech ecosystem to source and evaluate external innovation, build executive partnerships, support regional BD/licensing transactions end-to-end, provide market intelligence, and represent CSL at industry and government forums to shape strategic pipeline opportunities.

The role leads global efforts in procurement operations, focusing on risk management, supplier relationships, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
