Manage end-to-end non-US/Central EU global labeling development and implementation. Assess labeling differences, lead exception reviews with the Global Labeling Committee, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve artwork/translation/supply issues, ensure CCDS-driven updates are communicated, represent Global Labeling in meetings, and maintain up-to-date global regulatory labeling compliance.

The role leads global efforts in procurement operations, focusing on risk management, supplier relationships, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Lead and govern laboratory compliance across CSL Melbourne research labs and vivarium. Develop compliance frameworks, manage audits/inspections, oversee CAPAs/deviations/change controls and risk registers, govern training and documentation, and partner with QA, EHS, Facilities and research teams to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

Lead and coordinate project and portfolio activities across R&D, design integrated processes for product development and manufacturing transfer, support technology platforms, monitor project progress and compliance, and contribute to lifecycle planning and risk management under supervision.

Lead planning, execution, evaluation and reporting of biophysical, biochemical and chromatographic characterisation studies from development through commercialization. Serve as SME, author SOPs/protocols, support tech transfers, present results to stakeholders, train team members, maintain lab operations and ensure data integrity using ELN/Veeva/LIMS.

Manage end-to-end R&D contract administration and business operations, including drafting templates, executing contracts, vendor setup, PO creation, invoice resolution, recordkeeping, audits, stakeholder liaison with Procurement and Compliance, and supporting operational tracking and reporting.

Lead immunology scientific strategy and translational efforts from target identification through first-in-disease. Serve as subject-matter expert across rheumatology, neuroimmunology, and rare dermatology; evaluate assets, guide IND-enabling and early clinical design, define biomarkers and patient stratification, and support portfolio prioritization. Partner cross-functionally with discovery, translational medicine, clinical development, business development, and external KOLs to advance the immunology pipeline.

Perform and develop in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays to measure potency and off-target binding of protein therapeutics. Engineer stable cell lines, optimize potency assays, support Antibody Technologies and Protein Engineering groups, prepare protocols/SOPs, maintain lab records, analyze data using statistical tools, and present findings to internal and global teams.

Lead global vaccines safety science activities including pharmacovigilance governance, regulatory compliance, signal detection, safety data analysis, inspection readiness, PSMF maintenance, process optimization, and technical translation of business requirements into reporting and visualization solutions. Manage teams, contribute to post-marketing and study safety reporting, and support regulatory submissions and audits.

Lead global labelling strategy and operations for Seqirus' vaccine portfolio, manage and coach a global labelling team, own end-to-end labelling review and approval, ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety updates, support annual strain updates, represent company in regulatory forums and audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely labelling.

Lead CSL's sustainability reporting and disclosure program: own the reporting platform and data governance, manage sustainability data (GHG/Scope 3), oversee audits, support emissions modelling, and partner across functions to meet global disclosure requirements.
