Lead development, validation, implementation and transfer of PK, ADA, biomarker, and flow cytometry assays. Provide scientific leadership, ensure regulatory compliance and data quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external labs, troubleshoot datasets, and drive innovation via advanced platforms, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to support non-clinical and clinical programs.

Lead horizon scanning and external intelligence to identify AI and disruptive tech opportunities for R&D. Translate trends into actionable briefs, design and run pilots with stage-gates, and scale successful capabilities into production. Influence senior leadership with strategic foresight, build external partnerships, and embed a future-back innovation culture across cross-functional teams to measurably improve R&D outcomes.

Lead CSL’s presence in the Shanghai biotech ecosystem by sourcing and evaluating partnership and BD opportunities, building relationships with universities, incubators and VCs, supporting deal teams through diligence and execution, representing CSL at events and industry bodies, and coordinating with R&D, BD, legal and internal SMEs to advance the innovation pipeline.
