Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical projects (e.g., tech transfers, new market entries) from planning through delivery. Develop strategies, budgets, integrated plans and KPIs; mitigate risks; report to governance forums; influence and coordinate teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial operations.

Lead horizon scanning and external intelligence to identify AI and disruptive tech opportunities for R&D. Translate trends into actionable briefs, design and run pilots with stage-gates, and scale successful capabilities into production. Influence senior leadership with strategic foresight, build external partnerships, and embed a future-back innovation culture across cross-functional teams to measurably improve R&D outcomes.

Lead immunology scientific strategy and translational efforts from target identification through first-in-disease. Serve as subject-matter expert across rheumatology, neuroimmunology, and rare dermatology; evaluate assets, guide IND-enabling and early clinical design, define biomarkers and patient stratification, and support portfolio prioritization. Partner cross-functionally with discovery, translational medicine, clinical development, business development, and external KOLs to advance the immunology pipeline.
