Build and ship production-grade agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, memory, knowledge graphs, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, observability, and safety guardrails. Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, collaborate with product and people science teams, and continuously improve AI performance, fairness, and reliability in production.

Manage global total rewards and benefits programs across APAC, the US, and EMEA. Lead compensation and promotion cycles, salary range governance, benchmarking, pay equity analyses, bonus and equity programs, benefits, compliance, and manager enablement. Partner with People, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations while mentoring a small team and improving rewards processes, data quality, governance, and employee communications.

Lead the measurement and improvement of Culture Amp's AI products in production: build sampling, LLM-as-judge and labeling systems, implement longitudinal evaluation and observability, own feedback loops (prompts, evaluation, labeling), create reusable tooling and frameworks, and partner with product, engineering and people science to map quality to customer value.
