Lead the measurement and improvement of Culture Amp's AI products in production: build sampling, LLM-as-judge and labeling systems, implement longitudinal evaluation and observability, own feedback loops (prompts, evaluation, labeling), create reusable tooling and frameworks, and partner with product, engineering and people science to map quality to customer value.

Contribute to AI-powered product features by designing solutions, building data pipelines and LLM-based enrichment, evaluating models and experiments, and collaborating with engineers and people scientists to deliver measurable customer value.
