Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end billing systems including usage metering, subscription and entitlement enforcement, Stripe integrations, ledger accuracy, billing APIs, and observability to ensure revenue correctness and scalable billing operations.

Lead and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers to resolve complex customer issues, partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps, build automations and tooling, monitor team metrics, and champion documentation and knowledge sharing to scale AI-enhanced developer support.

Drive revenue across Australia and New Zealand by owning the full sales cycle for Cursor's developer-focused product. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and partnerships, close new logos, manage trials and security evaluations, quantify ROI, and develop ANZ go-to-market playbooks while influencing product and pricing based on customer feedback.
