Own strategic enterprise accounts across Victoria and Australia, driving new customer acquisition and expansion revenue for Cursor. Manage full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, discovery, evaluations, negotiations, security reviews, procurement, and closing. Build account strategies, engage engineering leaders and CTOs, create pipeline, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success, and establish repeatable enterprise sales motions in the region.

Own and grow a portfolio of federal accounts across Australia, driving new-logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and strategic adoption of Cursor. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical, security, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders. Guide prospects through trials, evaluations, security reviews, and deployments while building ROI cases and navigating federal procurement, partners, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with engineering and AI deployment teams, develop customer champions, and influence product strategy through customer feedback.

Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery, partnering with executive sponsors and Forward Deployed Engineers. Scope AI projects, lead technical discovery, configure workflows and integrations, drive adoption, train users, manage feasibility and expansion opportunities, and relay product gaps to Engineering and Product. The role requires executive presence, technical credibility in LLMs and agentic coding, hands-on platform configuration, and the ability to deliver production AI workflows quickly.
