Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, managing large datasets, optimizing workflows, supporting analytics solutions, troubleshooting incidents, implementing secure and compliant data practices, and participating in client-facing discovery and delivery. The role includes collaboration with product and data teams and participation in a 24/7 on-call roster.

Oversee Cuscal’s credit risk framework, including credit limits, exposures, risk models, policies, applications, reviews, and chargeback risk methodologies. Provide independent oversight of first-line credit risk practices, emerging risk analysis, regulatory engagement, Board and committee reporting, remediation support, and training. Use data-driven insights to strengthen portfolio performance and ensure compliance with APRA requirements.

Leads enterprise technology risk management across frameworks, controls, reporting, incident response, vendor assessments, and governance. The role embeds risk practices, develops KRIs and KPIs for executives and the board, manages technology risk committees, supports mitigation and issue remediation, and addresses risks from AI and emerging technologies. It also drives controls automation and promotes innovative risk management practices within a financial services environment.

Deploys, operates, secures, and maintains enterprise integration infrastructure across development, staging, and production. Responsibilities include managing messaging and API platforms, building infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, operating CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes and Docker, and implementing high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, certificate management, and secrets handling. The role also creates operational documentation and collaborates with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, identity, and vendor teams.
