Provides operational database administration across Oracle and SQL Server environments. Enhance secure DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities through automation, code security, secrets management, container security, policy enforcement, and operational readiness. Partner across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and identity teams to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes in a regulated payments environment.

Provides senior legal and regulatory advice across Cuscal’s business units and subsidiaries. Responsibilities include managing complex legal matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance, coordinating external counsel, managing legal budgets, and supporting business planning. The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to identify risks, develop negotiation strategies, and deliver commercially focused solutions within financial services regulatory frameworks.

Design, build and operate internal developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Enable GitHub administration, Terraform automation, observability (Grafana/Prometheus/CloudWatch/OpenTelemetry), and platform onboarding to reduce cognitive load for product squads.

Act as the bridge between business, cyber and delivery teams to define requirements for cyber transformation initiatives. Run workshops, document user stories, process maps, use cases and acceptance criteria. Support cyber risk assessments, compliance, testing/UAT, implementation planning, change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure secure, compliant delivery of technology solutions.

Manage payment industry compliance by reviewing scheme mandates and regulatory changes, assessing impacts, embedding compliance frameworks across product teams, maintaining obligations registers, supporting audits and attestations, and building relationships with industry bodies and internal stakeholders to drive compliance maturity and continuous improvement.
