The Senior Analyst will report Financial Risks, develop business requirements, automate processes, and enhance risk management practices using data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Design and develop scalable applications and support critical payment systems, collaborating with teams while participating in CI/CD practices and troubleshooting production issues.

Deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reporting, build and maintain dashboards (Power BI), improve workforce data quality and governance, automate reporting processes (Excel, scripting), analyse workforce trends and support salary/reward initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable people insights.
