Provides operational database administration across Oracle and SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, maintaining availability and reliability, supporting upgrades, backups and recovery, troubleshooting production issues, contributing to database projects and continuous improvement, and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams. The role also requires participation in an approximately biweekly on-call roster and occasional paid overtime for business-critical payment systems.

Designs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots complex LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and multi-site network environments. Supports Cisco security devices, F5 load balancers, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and network virtualization technologies. Maintains documentation, monitoring, ticketing, change management, service levels, and assigned projects while participating in a 24/7 on-call roster.

Lead the GitHub Enterprise platform uplift roadmap, including administration, migrations, governance, adoption, and stakeholder coordination. Enhance secure DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities through automation, code security, secrets management, container security, policy enforcement, and operational readiness. Partner across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and identity teams to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes in a regulated payments environment.
