Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix platform (Discovery, CMDB, AIOps); integrate BMC with enterprise systems; design monitoring, alerting and automation; drive upgrades and improvements; partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver highly available services.

Lead advanced analytics and fraud detection initiatives within the Financial Crimes domain. Develop, deploy, monitor, retrain, and govern machine learning models using large datasets and production-grade MLOps practices. Translate analytical findings into business recommendations, collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Fraud Operations, and Engineering teams, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor data scientists.

Provide operational DBA support for Oracle and SQL Server environments, monitor and tune performance, manage backups/upgrades/recovery, support high-availability production systems, contribute to operational projects, and participate in an on-call rotation.
