Provides high-touch technical support to Databricks’ largest customers by troubleshooting complex Spark, SQL, Delta, streaming, ML, and AI issues. The Engagement Manager accelerates customer value through the Databricks platform, managing professional services and training engagements while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

Architect and productionize ML and GenAI solutions on the Databricks platform (RAG, agents, LLMs, MLOps). Guide customers and Solution Architects through design, optimization, monitoring, and deployment of end-to-end ML pipelines, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor SMEs, and support technical pre/post-sales engagements.
