Provide high-touch technical support to Databricks’ strategic customers by troubleshooting complex Spark, SQL, Delta, streaming, ML, and AI issues. Perform root cause analysis, build and monitor proofs of concept, develop support playbooks, train customer teams, improve support processes, and advocate for customers. Partner with Field Engineering, Sales, Product, R&D, and NOC teams during customer engagements, including onsite technical presentations and production issue resolution.

The Lakebase Sales Specialist will generate new revenue for Databricks Lakebase by engaging application development teams, driving strategic account engagements, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance Lakebase sales efforts and marketplace presence.

Lead and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering team in NSW to deliver large-scale data migrations, lakehouse modernisation, MLOps, generative AI and enterprise AI solutions. Drive delivery governance, billable utilization, hiring, executive escalation, stakeholder engagement, and mentor technical talent to ensure high-quality, measurable business impact.

The Engagement Manager accelerates customer value through the Databricks platform, managing professional services and training engagements while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

Architect and productionize ML and GenAI solutions on the Databricks platform (RAG, agents, LLMs, MLOps). Guide customers and Solution Architects through design, optimization, monitoring, and deployment of end-to-end ML pipelines, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor SMEs, and support technical pre/post-sales engagements.
