Deliver technical escalation and enablement for Microsoft 365 workplace services. Design, deploy and support secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms; automate provisioning and operations with Infrastructure as Code; support migrations, troubleshooting, governance and operational excellence; contribute to AI-ready platform adoption and automation using enterprise AI services and best practices.

Lead enterprise cloud and AI architecture for large transformation programs. Define Azure reference architectures, governance, security and AI platform strategies, mentor architects, advise executives, and drive adoption of LLM/RAG, vector search and agentic solutions to deliver scalable, secure, and commercially viable platforms.
