Senior D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant leading workshops, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare. The role covers procurement, product information, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, distribution, costing, traceability, and stakeholder management across distributed Australia and New Zealand teams on a predominantly remote contract.

Provides onsite desktop and end-user support, including ticket triage, hardware and software troubleshooting, identity and access requests, device provisioning, mobility support, asset management, warranty coordination, and technical documentation. Ensures service-level agreement compliance while delivering clear customer communication and maintaining accurate resolution records.

Manages and supports customer enterprise mobility environments, including Intune, Workspace ONE, MobiControl, Apple Business Manager, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and related systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident resolution, system changes, documentation, reporting, governance, technical leadership, solution design, project delivery, customer communication, and staff training. The role also contributes to pre-sales, process improvements, risk management, and deployment or refresh projects while following ITIL and organizational delivery methodologies.
