Designs, implements, documents, and supports complex middleware platforms for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include solution and detailed design, strategic planning, customer consulting, project delivery, technical advice, sales proposal support, and stakeholder coordination. The role may lead defined projects and mentor team members while working across Oracle middleware, DevOps automation, integration, web server, database, security, and enterprise application technologies.

Designs and maintains enterprise endpoint environments and desktop standard operating environments. Provides architectural guidance, escalation support, mentoring, customer consulting, and continuous improvement across endpoint management, Windows deployment, security, VDI, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. The role requires strong stakeholder, communication, planning, budget, and vendor-management skills, along with eligibility for Australian Government Baseline clearance.

Leads client-facing delivery of large-scale data platforms and business intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include requirements workshops, data architecture, platform design, data modeling, AI-enabled migrations, performance optimization, Power BI self-service solutions, technical documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires advanced experience with Snowflake or Databricks, cloud platforms, Python, SQL, Power BI, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise data warehouse implementations.
