Deliver technical escalation and enablement for Microsoft 365 workplace services. Support identity management, collaboration, communications, security, and access-management workloads across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and related technologies. Guide customers on adoption and continuous improvement while providing hands-on engineering expertise within Datacom’s Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. Australian citizenship is required for eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance.

Designs, implements, supports, and governs Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers. Leads solution architecture, technical governance, project delivery, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and customer consulting. Provides expertise across identity, security, collaboration, communications, data, files, endpoint management, Teams Voice, Exchange, and Windows Server technologies. Acts as a technical escalation point and mentors operational teams while contributing to capability development.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will establish operational excellence through automation, manage code and platform lifecycles, and engage with customers while ensuring high availability and compliance.
