As an Account Executive, manage the full sales cycle to acquire new customers, primarily through outbound efforts, while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead and resolve billing, usage metering, and cloud cost escalations by diagnosing metering discrepancies, usage spikes, billing anomalies, and quota enforcement. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to escalate bugs and improve visibility; create tooling, playbooks, and training to enable global teams; communicate cost impact to stakeholders and surface customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach (cold calling and emailing), schedule discovery meetings, develop acquisition strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and follow established sales methodology to support Datadog's cloud and observability sales growth.
