As a Customer Success Associate, you will manage customer relationships, ensure successful product adoption, and identify growth opportunities for a high volume of accounts.

Investigate complex customer escalations involving Real User Monitoring, sessions, telemetry gaps, SDK behavior, tagging, sampling, and performance metrics. Lead technical calls, reproduce customer environments, troubleshoot logs and runtime behavior, mentor support engineers, conduct enablement sessions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve Datadog’s platform, tooling, documentation, and roadmap.

Own and grow a territory selling Datadog to State, Local, and Education organizations. Prospect, build pipeline, manage relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and close enterprise deals while ensuring forecasting accuracy and expanding account penetration. Role involves regular travel to client sites.
