Prospect and close enterprise sales opportunities with higher education organizations across a national territory. The role owns territory relationship maps, develops customer business expertise, negotiates pricing and value, expands existing accounts, builds pipeline, identifies opportunity drivers, manages customer expectations, and maintains accurate forecasts. Regular travel to client sites is required. Candidates should have 5+ years of closing experience, success with $800K+ sales targets and $50K+ average deals, and experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar technology to state, local, and education organizations.

Supports day-to-day Sydney office operations by welcoming visitors, assisting employees, maintaining supplies and inventory, coordinating vendors, managing service tickets, conducting floor walkthroughs, supporting safety protocols, organizing events, and assisting with office moves, build-outs, and openings. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, spreadsheet, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Provide high-level administrative and executive support for multiple leaders across APJ. Manage calendars, meetings, inboxes, expenses, travel, confidential documents, translation services, leadership meetings, action items, and business events. Support quarterly all-hands calls, sales reviews, onboarding, office functions, and executive support team projects while maintaining confidentiality, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
