Supports construction project delivery by coordinating design, procurement, programming, site activities, subcontractors, documentation, inspections, compliance, and reporting. The role monitors milestones, tracks resources and lead times, manages RFIs and technical documentation, supports quality and safety requirements, and escalates project risks. It requires strong organisation, construction knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

Lead commercial construction projects from award through handover, managing site execution, schedules, budgets, contracts, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractors, risks, documentation, stakeholders, commissioning, defects, and close-out. The role coordinates Site Managers and project teams, monitors performance and compliance, reviews claims and variations, manages project records, and mentors project personnel while ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective delivery.

Leads and coordinates daily construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair activities on site. Provides hands-on support across general building tasks, manages labour, materials, tools, equipment, deliveries, and housekeeping, and ensures compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements. Interprets plans and specifications, monitors productivity and work quality, assists tradespeople and operators, communicates with management, mentors team members, and helps resolve site issues.
