The Solutions Engineer will engage with enterprise customers, architecting AI solutions, creating demonstrations, and providing technical advice to enhance customer experiences and return on investment.

Lead enterprise sales efforts to win and expand strategic accounts. Build relationships with CX/Product/Operations leaders, develop account plans, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and inform product roadmap. Expect moderate travel.

Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Conversational AI platform: generate pipeline via outbounding, qualify leads, negotiate and close deals (including seven-figure contracts), drive renewals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build C-suite relationships to shape GTM motion and customer success.
