As a Technical Lead, you'll oversee data engineering and reporting projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with data governance in healthcare solutions.

Provide L2/L3 application support and maintenance for Dedalus pharmacy/medication management systems in hospitals. Triage, analyse and resolve incidents and defects, deliver technical and functional advice, maintain SLAs, build customer relationships, and participate in an out-of-hours rotating support roster.
