Support growth of Dexus private capital by building investor relationships, assisting equity raisings, implementing fund marketing plans, analysing competitors, and contributing to investor reports.

Manage funding, liquidity and financial risk activities for the Dexus funds platform. Prepare funding plans, liquidity and hedging analysis, maintain treasury models, support refinances and new funding, and deliver stakeholder reporting and Treasury Policy compliance.

Lead investment analysis and financial modelling for a large office portfolio, support highest-and-best-use and development feasibility assessments, evaluate buy/hold/sell decisions, generate market research and investment insights, prepare investment committee and executive reporting, enhance data dashboards, and collaborate with Investment Management, Development, Finance and Asset Management to inform capital allocation and portfolio strategy.

Support delivery of office capital works projects by coordinating administration, contracts, vendor onboarding, procurement, documentation and SharePoint sites; monitor budgets, forecasts and cashflows; prepare portfolio reporting and analytics; provide Yardi system support; partner with Finance and Project Managers on accruals and year-end reporting; and drive continuous improvement and governance activities.

Lead end-to-end acquisitions and divestments for the Office portfolio, developing transaction strategies, preparing investment papers and financial models, conducting market and asset analysis, coordinating advisors and stakeholders, originating opportunities, and driving execution to deliver portfolio value.

Partner with business leaders to design and execute talent attraction strategies, provide market insights, leverage data and AI to inform hiring, improve recruitment practices, and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences across a complex corporate environment.

The Marketing Executive will support integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, assist with investor events, and manage budgets while gaining experience in investment marketing.
