Support the Fund Manager for infrastructure sector funds by preparing investment strategies, financial and portfolio models, analysing acquisitions/divestments, and liaising with asset, transaction, finance, research, investor relations and marketing teams to deliver insights and materials.

Manage end-to-end financials for an Office asset portfolio: performance monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, asset modelling, co-owner reporting, and business partnering with stakeholders to deliver commercial insights and oversee outsourced property accounting providers.

Provide property finance and management accounting support across the retail portfolio, lead budgeting, forecasting, month/quarter/year-end reporting, financial modelling, stakeholder business partnering, risk and compliance support, and drive process improvements and team capability uplift.
