Teams at Dexus

Support the Fund Manager by preparing and implementing investment strategy, maintaining the fund model and reporting suite, coordinating due diligence, analysing financial impacts of transactions, and liaising with internal stakeholders to manage risks and optimise portfolio returns.

Lead capital raising and investor relationship management for private capital products across real estate and infrastructure. Produce marketing and pitches, negotiate commercial terms, identify and convert investor opportunities, collaborate with product development on new funds and joint ventures, and raise awareness of the Dexus platform.

Accountable for accurate accounting records, consolidated and statutory reporting, reconciliations, audit management, tax compliance and delivering insightful Board reporting. Business-partner with stakeholders across funds, property and tax, drive process improvements (including automation), support technical accounting and implement new accounting standards.
