Lead APAC Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to ensure successful enterprise deployments, adoption, retention, and expansion. Drive regional strategy, cross-functional alignment with Sales/Product/Engineering, oversee PS delivery and escalations, own executive customer advocacy, revenue growth, and KPI tracking (CSAT, NRR, PS utilization).

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers by developing account plans, generating pipeline, and executing expansion strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor, hit quarterly revenue targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customers realize ongoing value from Dialpad products.

Lead post-sales activities for enterprise Dialpad customers: drive adoption, training, business reviews, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure retention, growth, and measurable value realization.
