Prospect for new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Build targeted prospect lists, qualify decision-makers, communicate product value, generate outbound pipeline, and schedule meetings or demonstrations for account executives. Maintain accurate CRM activity records, meet sales KPIs, and support team performance through effective sales development techniques and product knowledge.

Drives revenue growth for Diligent’s entity and subsidiary management solutions across new and existing enterprise accounts. Manages complex, full-cycle sales, develops strategic account plans, expands customer relationships, supports platform migrations, and generates upsell opportunities. Uses consultative solution selling and domain expertise to understand customer needs, maintain pipeline forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide coaching to sales stakeholders.

Responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation using lead-generation tools and CRM. Qualify decision-makers, book meetings for account executives, meet KPIs, and act as a brand ambassador for Diligent's GRC SaaS products.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation and client onboarding projects for GRC solutions. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, utilization, communications, and stakeholder relationships. Translate client processes into solution designs, facilitate workshops and training, support pre- and post-sales activities, identify expansion opportunities, and coach delivery specialists. Continuously improve services methodologies, playbooks, templates, and implementation practices.

The Senior Advisory Specialist leads client engagements, coordinates tasks, ensures service delivery, mentors junior staff, and drives best practices in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
