Manage the ANZ small-ticket credit process and portfolio, including automated decision tools, risk reporting, scorecard and performance monitoring, and improvement initiatives. Lead risk management projects, support regional strategy, advise sales and management on underwriting and partner limits, contribute to global risk initiatives, and coach credit and risk team members. The role requires analytical expertise, equipment finance or credit experience, strong communication, and Power BI proficiency.

Provides internal sales support for equipment finance transactions from application through booking and settlement. Manages customer, vendor, and dealer queries; prepares contracts and security documentation; coordinates approvals with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management; ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. Tracks pipeline activity, KPIs, and service levels while resolving issues, supporting account managers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, employee inquiries, HRIS reporting, learning and development, performance and pay reviews, internal communications, employer branding, events, and HR process improvement. The role also assists HR leaders with projects and contributes to employee experience and organizational culture initiatives.

Manages financial reporting, internal controls testing, risk remediation, month-end controls, reconciliations, variance analysis, corporate disclosures, audits, and annual financial statements. Oversees accounting-standard updates and reporting-process improvements while supporting the Head of Finance. Leads and develops two accountants, coordinates with external auditors, and ensures accurate reporting through Hyperion and general ledger reconciliation.

Provide first-line internal sales support for AGCO Finance across application to settlement, managing quotes, credit applications, documentation, AML checks, and liaising with Credit/Risk/Legal/Operations. Ensure timely, accurate processing to meet business targets, proactively manage pipelines, prepare contracts, champion process improvement and cross-train within the team while meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction, turnaround times and first-time-right metrics.
