Partner with Asia Pacific leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Provide coaching, workforce planning, recruitment support, performance management, payroll/benefits administration, and drive HR initiatives (DEI, wellbeing, L&D). Manage HR projects, benchmark policies, and implement best practices to build organizational capability.

Lead and execute first-line Financial Economic Crime (FEC) monitoring across the country network. Develop and improve FLM strategy, oversee quality of FEC processes, report findings and trends, identify remediation and process improvements, support teams to close gaps, and liaise with First-, Second- and Third-Line stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance against AML, CTF, Fraud and Sanctions risks.

Perform CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, and investigate alerts. Escalate risks, coordinate remediations, support fraud investigations, deliver QA reviews, implement policies/systems, and act as an AML/CTF subject matter expert to stakeholders.

Provide first-line internal sales support for leasing/finance transactions from application to booking. Prepare contracts, coordinate approvals, ensure documentation accuracy and compliance, liaise with Risk/Legal/Finance/Asset Management, resolve issues, meet KPIs, and champion process improvements.

Lead financial control, statutory and regulatory reporting across a regulated financial services environment. Oversee period-end close, maintain control framework, deliver regulatory submissions, manage AP/AR operations and a small onshore/offshore team, drive finance transformation, and lead internal and external audit engagements while providing actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders.
