Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through proactive phone, email, and digital engagement. Responsibilities include customer retention, cross-selling, upselling, reactivating declining accounts, pipeline development, proposal follow-up, forecasting, CRM and CCRIS updates, and monitoring account trends. The representative collaborates with Account Managers on escalations, account transitions, campaigns, and growth opportunities while delivering efficient coverage and maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Supports a 12-month finance transformation assignment through reporting enhancement, process improvement, automation, data governance, dashboard development, and financial analysis. The role partners with finance leadership, stakeholders, and the PMO on business cases, budgeting, forecasting, project implementation, performance monitoring, and decision support. It also serves as a Finance Data Steward and contributes to month-end reporting and management commentary.
