Account Manager responsible for growing commercial finance business through relationship management, business development, partner sales, and account ownership. Duties include managing designated accounts, achieving sales and margin targets, forecasting pipelines, training partner sales teams, resolving escalations, improving application and settlement processes, and coordinating with internal credit, finance, customer service, and operations teams. The role requires financial acumen, deal structuring, equipment finance and credit risk knowledge, strong communication, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Partner with Asia Pacific leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Provide coaching, workforce planning, recruitment support, performance management, payroll/benefits administration, and drive HR initiatives (DEI, wellbeing, L&D). Manage HR projects, benchmark policies, and implement best practices to build organizational capability.
