This hands-on senior individual contributor will set technical direction, review code, document standards, and ship production fixes directly.

Own enterprise demand generation from audience targeting and campaign development through sales follow-up, reporting, and pipeline impact. Build integrated paid, web, email, event, and account-based marketing programs for new business and customer expansion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Revenue Operations. Develop AI-powered workflows, automation, and internal tooling while measuring success through sales acceptance, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

Own Dovetail’s paid acquisition and email lifecycle programs from strategy through execution. Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, audiences, creative, landing pages, automation, tracking, attribution, and pipeline measurement. Build testing systems, improve conversion journeys, connect spend to revenue, and develop AI-powered workflows for campaign production and analysis. This hands-on senior individual contributor partners across marketing, web, data, revenue operations, sales, and engineering.

Own security risk and compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001. Manage risk assessments, audits, vendor risk, customer security reviews, evidence automation, AI governance, incident response, and security culture initiatives. The role also develops hands-on expertise in AWS security, detection and response, cloud posture management, and vulnerability management while partnering closely with engineering, sales, legal, and enterprise customers.

Lead product design for a B2B customer intelligence platform, focusing on visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system evolution. Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership, conduct research and evaluative testing, prototype solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation while championing customer feedback.
