Collect utility meter readings from homes and businesses, accurately record data using a mobile device, meet daily targets, and work independently outdoors in varied weather. The role requires safe driving, long-distance walking, reliable scheduling, customer-friendly communication, and adherence to established processes. Paid training is provided, and no previous meter-reading experience is required.

Interprets Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment conditions, translating requirements into payroll, HR system, and operational outcomes. Partners with Industrial Relations, Payroll, and HR Systems teams on compliance, governance, documentation, risk identification, system impacts, process improvements, and change initiatives. Produces interpretation guides, briefing papers, impact assessments, and audit-ready governance records while supporting accurate and consistent application of employment instruments.

Lead development of compliant, compelling bid submissions for power-sector tenders. Interview SMEs, write and edit technical content, manage bid plans and reviews, compile required documentation, collaborate with designers, and coach contributors to deliver winning proposals.
