Investigate billing discrepancies, support rate reviews, update billing systems, create process documentation, and coordinate reporting with Commercial, Operations, and Billing teams to protect revenue and improve processes.

Manage and improve Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services across the business; lead M&A migrations; maintain Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Windows 11 SOE; implement identity, access, security and compliance controls; automate tasks with PowerShell; collaborate with IT teams and vendors; maintain documentation and drive platform improvements.

Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments, maintain creditor records, perform journal entries and month-end tasks, support vendor onboarding, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist accountants with reconciliations and ad-hoc invoicing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
