Lead strategic sales to win new contract logistics business, grow customer relationships and share of wallet, manage end-to-end sales cycle (solutioning, negotiation, proposals, contracts), maintain pipeline and CRM, collaborate with internal teams for implementation, and monitor market and competitor activity to meet commercial KPIs.

Maintain customer rates, service codes, and billing data to ensure accurate timely invoicing across ports, container parks, and terminals. Investigate billing discrepancies, support rate reviews, update billing systems, create process documentation, and coordinate reporting with Commercial, Operations, and Billing teams to protect revenue and improve processes.

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise Linux systems. Automate provisioning and configuration with IaC, manage containers and orchestration, enforce security hardening and compliance, support DR and high availability, monitor and tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, and document operational procedures.
