Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance, resolve application issues, translate business requirements into solutions, and drive process improvements. Support configuration, integrations, security roles, testing, UAT, data conversion, upgrades, releases, deployments, incident management, and finance-related IT projects. Partner with Finance, IT, regional, and global stakeholders while maintaining documentation and application performance.

Provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, employee relations documentation, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Serves as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, supports HR processes and systems, and coordinates activities such as MSIC applications, pre-employment checks, performance management, and site integrations.

Leads strategic procurement across Oceania, including category management, sourcing, tenders, negotiations, supplier relationships, contract performance, savings delivery, governance, risk management, and procurement team leadership. Partners with business and finance stakeholders to improve efficiency, standardization, compliance, and commercial outcomes across operational and corporate functions.
