Teams at Dynatrace

Leads and develops an APAC data analytics team supporting Dynatrace’s Business Insights service. Owns team operations, delivery quality, strategic planning, capacity allocation, customer value, account growth, and executive reporting. Partners with Sales and internal teams to improve customer adoption, renewals, and business outcomes. Serves as an executive escalation point for strategic customers and presents insights during Quarterly Business Reviews.

Leads technical sales engagements for Dynatrace’s observability and AI operations platform. Partners with sales teams, customers, executives, and channel partners to conduct discovery, workshops, demonstrations, RFP responses, cloud architecture discussions, proof-of-value engagements, and solution evaluations. Evangelizes products at customer and industry events, supports new and expansion opportunities, coaches partners, and provides customer feedback to Product Management. The role requires deep observability or cloud expertise, strong presentation skills, and eligibility for Australian government security clearance.
