Leads Dyson’s ANZ people strategy across Australia and New Zealand, advising senior leadership and driving organisation design, workforce planning, talent, succession, reward, employee relations, transformation, inclusion and culture. The role manages the ANZ People team, partners with APAC and global HR functions, ensures employment compliance, uses workforce insights to guide decisions, and aligns people initiatives with business growth, productivity and performance.
