Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping sportsbook and trust and compliance experiences across multiple roadmaps. The role requires end-to-end product ownership, rapid experimentation, user and data-informed decisions, stakeholder communication, and scalable design systems thinking. The designer will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data while balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory considerations, and delivery pace. Mentoring, strategic thinking, and effective use of AI in design are advantageous.

Develop scalable full-stack software through hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Lead technical discussions, independently deliver medium-sized projects, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams while contributing to architecture, maintainability, and company objectives. The role primarily emphasizes backend development using Node.js, microservices, cloud services, CI/CD, TypeScript, GraphQL, WebSockets, Pub/Sub, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, with frontend experience preferred.

Leads a compliance engineering squad’s technical execution, architecture, delivery quality, and engineering maturity. Responsibilities include decomposing complex requirements, making system design decisions, reviewing code and architecture, mentoring engineers, establishing testing and code-review standards, managing technical dependencies, supporting hiring and performance reviews, and aligning strategy with engineering leadership. The role focuses on scalable, cloud-native systems and requires strong full-stack development expertise across modern JavaScript technologies.
