Lead electrical project engineering and delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, design review, technical documentation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field specialists while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer requirements are met. Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer support on critical power and electrical infrastructure projects.

Provides administrative, commercial, financial, and systems support to Project Managers delivering power quality and critical infrastructure projects. Maintains project records in SAP and related systems, manages invoices, purchase orders, revenue, forecasting, billing, inventory, and margins, and coordinates month-end financial close. Supports procurement, contract documentation, project reporting, and PMO process improvements while collaborating with engineers, finance, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Leads end-to-end development and submission of complex, multi-product bids for prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions. Coordinates factories, product lines, estimators, engineering, sales, legal, and commercial teams to align technical solutions, pricing, timelines, compliance, risk, and delivery strategies. Oversees proposal documentation, governance, approvals, and customer requirements while developing competitive bid strategies and reusable solution content.
