Leads demand, supply, production, and inventory planning across Australia and New Zealand. Owns and improves the S&OP process, manages planning teams across multiple sites, drives inventory optimization, supply continuity, capacity planning, and business continuity, and leads planning transformation and continuous improvement. Partners with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, sales, finance, and customer operations while developing planning capability and talent.

Manage customer relationships across data centres, hospitals, commercial sites, and industrial facilities in Western and Southern Sydney and Canberra. Identify customer needs, develop tailored water and process management solutions, and support efficiency, resource reduction, and sustainability goals. Collaborate with technical and corporate account teams while building industry expertise and managing occasional overnight travel.

Partners with Supply Chain and Healthcare leaders to deliver people solutions, manage employee and industrial relations matters, support Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations, coach leaders, and contribute to workforce planning, organisational change, talent development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Process end-to-end monthly, fortnightly, and bi-monthly payroll for approximately 250 employees across New Zealand and Fiji. Responsibilities include maintaining employee data, processing starters and terminations, completing final payments, managing IRD Payday Filing and statutory obligations, preparing month-end reports, reconciling and posting to the General Ledger, and resolving payroll queries. The role requires strong MicroPay expertise, Excel skills, accuracy, organization, and effective stakeholder communication.

Supports finance administration across pricing, master data, accounts payable, financial accounting, and FP&A. Maintains accurate financial and pricing data, reviews customer pricing approvals, resolves queries, supports daily finance tasks and projects, and provides timely stakeholder information. Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
