Manage the North Sydney office’s reception, workplace experience, onboarding, facilities, events, deliveries, meeting spaces, office assets, health and safety, ESG data, fleet administration, expenses, travel and accommodation. The role provides a welcoming client and employee experience, coordinates maintenance and IT support, manages office costs within budget, and supports emergency response activities.

Lead and approve ecology technical work, plan and implement field investigations and monitoring, prepare technical reports and offset strategies, manage ecology projects and client relationships, support team development, and contribute to business growth and proposals.
