Teams at ElevenLabs

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll enhance our voice AI platform for enterprise customers, collaborating with sales teams and providing tailored support through technical demonstrations, documentation, and integration solutions.

Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise and B2B customers using ElevenLabs API and ElevenAgents. Diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot integrations involving LLMs, telephony, and AI systems, communicate solutions in English, identify recurring product gaps, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and maintain clear technical documentation. The role also requires acting as a trusted technical partner while working autonomously in a fast-moving remote environment.

The Sales Development Representative will identify leads, engage in outbound sales activities, implement outreach campaigns, and collaborate with the Account Executive to optimize strategies for lead conversion and sales performance.
