Own compensation operations for GTM teams: design scalable processes, administer plans, manage payouts, ensure governance and compliance, build reporting and field support, and partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales.

Embed with strategic customers to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions. Own project delivery, collaborate with client engineering and executive teams, build integrations using ElevenLabs technologies, and solve complex problems through software development and architecture. Serve as a technical liaison to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

The role involves administering Salesforce, developing automations with Flows and Apex, and maintaining data pipelines to support revenue operations at ElevenLabs.
