Drive new business and expand accounts across healthcare and higher education in ANZ and Pacific Islands. Manage full sales cycle—prospect, qualify, design solutions, negotiate and close—working with portfolio specialists and technical teams. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, develop territory/account plans, represent Elsevier at events, and bring market intelligence on competitors and AI adoption.

Lead and unify ANZ account management and solutions sales teams to execute regional commercial strategy, drive enterprise growth, influence cross-functional stakeholders, coach high-performing account managers, optimize sales playbooks and pipeline, and deliver measurable business outcomes across complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.

Manage and grow a portfolio of scientific databases and solutions in ANZ through consultative solution selling, account planning, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with pre/post-sales teams to meet revenue targets.
