Teams at EML Group

Provide technical guidance and coaching for Group Life Insurance and Superannuation claims (TPD, Income Protection, Terminal Illness). Partner with case managers, team leaders and insurers to ensure compliance, quality assurance, process improvements and excellent customer outcomes.

Provide administrative support to Case Managers handling workers' compensation claims: process claims, invoices and reimbursements; arrange medical appointments, investigations and interpreter services; manage phone enquiries and filing; ensure GST/ITC-compliant invoicing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Manage a portfolio of CTP claims, coordinate rehabilitation and wellness plans, liaise with claimants and healthcare providers, ensure compliance with legislation and policies, and deliver tailored, client-focused case management to support recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
