Manage a portfolio of non-significant workers compensation claims: review and analyse claims, develop and monitor Claims Management Plans, forecast and implement return-to-work strategies, and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies to achieve timely, durable RTW outcomes.

Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models using claims volumes, workloads, caseloads, and attrition data. Analyze trends, monitor forecast accuracy, identify workforce risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders and stakeholders. The role also supports workforce optimization and continuous improvement within a workers compensation and personal injury claims management organization.

Lead complex technology transformation projects from initiation through implementation. Manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, vendors, and executive reporting while coordinating technology, business, architecture, data, and infrastructure teams. Oversee solution delivery, integration, testing, releases, and operational transition using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Translate technical information into commercial and operational impacts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and organisational standards.
