Lead complex technology transformation projects from initiation through implementation. Manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, vendors, and executive reporting while coordinating technology, business, architecture, data, and infrastructure teams. Oversee solution delivery, integration, testing, releases, and operational transition using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Translate technical information into commercial and operational impacts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and organisational standards.

Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse roadmap, platform configuration, enhancements, environments, testing, releases, and service management. Translate business requirements into CRM solutions, coordinate incident and change management, support integrations and access controls, and prioritize the backlog with stakeholders and vendors. The role also manages technical debt, risks, data, and platform improvements while ensuring reliable, sustainable alignment with business priorities.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the superannuation sector, develop proposals and value propositions, build strategic partnerships, and represent EML at industry events. The role manages relationships with superannuation funds, life insurers, administrators, and other stakeholders while providing market intelligence and supporting client onboarding and growth strategy. It is a permanent hybrid position in Sydney or Melbourne with occasional interstate travel.
