Leads store and hotel audits, evaluating internal controls, risk management, governance, and operational processes. Analyzes data to identify control breakdowns and root causes, prepares audit and executive reports, follows up on corrective actions, improves audit methodologies, and builds relationships with stakeholders across the business. The role requires regular interstate and intrastate travel, strong communication, and commercial operational knowledge.

Lead BWS operations across 370+ NSW stores, 11 Area Managers, and 2,800+ team members. Own state-level sales, margin, EBIT, customer experience, safety, engagement, and financial outcomes. Translate national strategy into actionable plans, build leadership capability and succession pipelines, use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, manage operational risk, and champion inclusion and ESG across a complex, regulated retail environment.
