Provides memorable in-store customer experiences through product discovery and storytelling, stocks shelves, supports product knowledge, and follows responsible alcohol service guidelines. The role requires availability during key customer hours, teamwork, autonomy, and participation in a functional screening assessment.

Leads end-to-end customer analytics projects, including audience design, campaign measurement, loyalty modeling, personalization analytics, experimentation, incrementality analysis, and uplift measurement. Builds automated production-grade data workflows using BigQuery, dbt, and Python or R. Translates customer behavior and campaign results into strategic recommendations, partners with marketing and loyalty stakeholders, supports governance, and mentors analysts.

Supports finance transformation, capital planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance across the group. Responsibilities include leading capital forecast development, depreciation budgets, investment governance, capitalization policy adherence, fixed asset register integrity, month-end close activities, and analysis of capital expenditure, depreciation, acquisitions, disposals, and variances. The role provides financial insights and recommendations to business partners and senior management in a large corporate environment.
