Lead capital accounting for a ~$500m portfolio: apply IAS 16, manage FAR, month-end close, reconciliations, audit readiness (SOX), WIP reporting, and oversee/coach an offshore team while driving continuous improvement.

Lead Planning & Performance finance function, own board and investor reporting, drive 5-year planning, budgets, forecasts and zero-based budgeting. Partner with Strategy and RDO to create performance frameworks, implement digital/AI reporting improvements, manage CODB, and coach a high-performing team to improve enterprise financial outcomes.

Provide expert, customer-focused service on spirits, wine and beer, share product knowledge, support store events, drive loyalty sign-ups, assist with inventory and duty management, and contribute specialist input to store sales planning.
