Lead day-to-day client workflow and project delivery for large retail accounts—manage timelines, budgets, documentation, multi-channel campaign production, quality control, and client relationships while identifying new opportunities and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.

Own and build a governed library of production-ready AI skills: write and test prompts and workflows, manage versioned repositories, create testing and release standards, track adoption and performance, and embed responsible AI practices. Work cross-functionally to translate requirements, join skills into end-to-end systems, maintain documentation and audits, and iterate based on real-world use.

Manage end-to-end production of integrated print and digital campaigns, coordinating Creative, Studio, Account Management and external suppliers. Oversee artwork development, briefs, budgets, timelines, proofing, asset delivery and studio workflows while identifying risks and ensuring brand and technical standards are met.

Lead day-to-day client account delivery for large retail brands, manage complex integrated campaign timelines, budgets and documentation, oversee multi-channel production (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor), act as client advisor, ensure quality control, and identify new opportunities with senior leadership.

The role involves leading technical strategy, creating solution definitions, integrating platforms, engaging clients, and ensuring architectural excellence.
