Company Description

We're Hotwire the global PR, communications and marketing consultancy at the intersection of technology and humanity. We partner with some of the world's most innovative brands, and we do it powered by our own Global AI Lab the engine behind proprietary tools like Hotwire Spark (cross-platform AI visibility), Hotwire Radiate (content optimisation for AI) and Hotwire Ignite (predictive audience intelligence), alongside our growing Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI Advisory practice. We're not just talking about AI's impact on our industry, we're building the tools our consultants and clients use every day, all while staying true to the human craft — great storytelling, sharp counsel and real relationships that's always set Hotwire apart.

Job Description

As an Account Coordinator, your main priority is to anchor your teams and make sure clients are supported and set up for success. You'll ensure everything happens when it's meant to, and that your team delivers standout results. Working alongside your account teams, you'll help develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns for a range of clients with the added advantage of AI-enabled tools and workflows that free you up to focus on the strategic, creative and relationship-building work that makes the biggest difference. You'll also have plenty of opportunity to champion the great work Hotwire does, and to tap into our learning and development programs as you grow.

This is an entry-level position designed to build foundational skills in communications, media engagement, and client service within the Australian PR and communications landscape. You'll support client account teams across day-to-day administration, research, media monitoring, and campaign execution, and begin to take ownership of deliverables as you contribute directly to client results. You'll report to the Account Manager or a more senior role, with exposure to multiple accounts across technology and B2B/B2C sectors.

Qualifications

We're less focused on ticking every box on a resume and more focused on attitude. You're likely a recent graduate (or about to be) who is:

  • Curious about how technology, especially AI, is reshaping communications, and eager to learn the tools and workflows that are changing our industry
  • A natural storyteller with exceptional written skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A genuine team player who builds real rapport with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  • Excited by the idea of joining an agency that's leading the industry conversation on AI and communications, not waiting to react to it

Prior agency or comms experience is a plus, but your appetite to learn and grow with us matters more.
