Deploy, validate, and support LTE and 5G Core network solutions; monitor and troubleshoot production core elements; perform preventive maintenance, backup/restore, incident management, and service restoration; collaborate with engineering, field teams, and customers; execute security, audit, and compliance tasks; participate in on-call and after-hours support to maintain network availability and performance.

Provide L2/L3 support for IMS, 5G Core and Cloud Core: own complex incidents, restore services, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate on releases, drive automation, mentor, and improve live network stability and customer communications.

Support and lead L2/L3 investigations for 5G Cloud Core (UDM/CCxx) incidents, perform fault isolation and service restoration, analyze logs and network flows, collaborate with product/project teams to improve stability, manage provisioning/data operations and upgrades, and drive automation, documentation and knowledge sharing to prevent repeat faults.
