Operate, maintain and evolve Ribbon/GENBAND fixed-voice switching across Australian data centers. Perform fault management, incident resolution, software upgrades, SBC provisioning, KPI monitoring, change MOPs, cross-team incident collaboration, Level 3 vendor escalation, and maintain network documentation and knowledgebase.

Lead 24x7 NOC incident response across customer networks: coordinate technical/management bridges, drive recovery, manage communications, run post-incident reviews, and improve processes to minimise service impact.

Provide L2 operational support and administration for multi-vendor telecom VAS platforms (messaging, charging, roaming, API gateway, voicemail, eSIM, IoT). Perform advanced troubleshooting across application, platform, and network layers, manage incidents/changes, execute upgrades and maintenance, conduct RCAs, optimize performance and capacity, support DR/BCP and backups, develop runbooks and automation, and mentor junior engineers to meet SLAs.
