Lead sales enablement and end-to-end professional services for Mission Critical Networks (MCN). Act as single point of contact for commercial submissions, align integration and division of responsibility with SIs and partners, manage CoE systems and PoCs, develop E2E portfolio readiness, support CFRs on scope, timelines, and approvals, and provide early visibility of customer and SI requirements to inform roadmap and readiness.

Leads Ericsson’s strategic engagement with Optus, coordinating executive relationships, cross-domain alignment, account strategy, governance, and strategic deal closure. Develops the partnership narrative across 5G, cloud, AI, autonomous networks, differentiated connectivity, and enterprise growth. Aligns technical, commercial, delivery, and operations leaders to customer outcomes, facilitates executive forums and engagements, and supports the Key Account Manager in strategic account leadership.

Deliver network design and optimization services and presales support for global telecom customers. Design complex end-to-end solutions spanning devices, RAN, transport, and packet core, incorporating 4G, 5G, AI/ML, and Cloud-RAN technologies. Improve service, software, and product offerings; translate customer business objectives into network performance improvements; implement solutions within scope, cost, and schedule; manage acceptance; and share technical expertise.
