Manage marketplace partnerships, optimize listings, pricing, and inventory, monitor performance metrics, run campaigns and product launches, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve visibility, conversion, and customer experience.

Manage a portfolio of Residential Aged Care and Homecare customers to drive sales growth. Develop and implement territory Sales Action Plans, manage the sales pipeline, retain and grow key accounts, identify training needs, and support continence care excellence. Plan and prioritize customer-facing activities and collaborate cross-functionally. Territory includes Western, South-Western and North-Western Sydney with regular regional NSW travel.
