Own and improve Juniper’s digital conversion funnel from website visit through treatment start. Diagnose customer drop-offs, develop an experimentation roadmap, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and translate insights into shipped product, UX, copy, and messaging improvements. Partner with Analytics, Design, Copy, Engineering, Product, and Growth to improve conversion, measurement, attribution, and new patient journeys while building stronger CRO practices.

Own the patient acquisition and growth marketing strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, customer insights, creative direction, and performance optimization. Use research and data to improve CAC/LTV outcomes, develop test-and-learn programs, identify opportunities across paid channels and funnel experiences, and influence cross-functional teams spanning creative, analytics, product, and clinical operations.

Leads conversion, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and lifetime value strategy for digital healthcare journeys. Owns roadmaps spanning quizzes, onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and retention touchpoints. Builds and develops a cross-functional team across CRO, CRM, product strategy, and design; drives experimentation, behavioral analysis, prioritization, and performance reporting. Partners with Engineering and Growth to deliver trustworthy, high-performing patient experiences and reports to the General Manager of Hims Australia.
