Lead the organic social launch and growth of Hers in Australia across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Develop and execute platform-native content and community strategy, create and edit on-camera content, engage followers via comments/DMs, track performance metrics, brief shoots with production, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand favourability, trust, education, and site traffic.

Contract FP&A role owning consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting, monthly ELT and board reporting, budgeting and rolling reforecasts, and capital allocation modelling. Act as bridge between corporate finance and brand FBPs, support integration into parent company finance, manage one analyst, and improve reporting infrastructure (Sigma, BigQuery, spreadsheet models).

Lead visual craft from concept through execution for paid social, YouTube, and campaigns. Direct shoots, storyboard, and manage production relationships while iterating using performance data. Guide paid-social editing teams, coach a small senior post-production team, and ensure visual consistency across growth, product, web, and global brand during a rebrand.
