Own procurement, strategic sourcing, category strategy, supplier performance, negotiations, landed-cost management, and supply-risk frameworks across Australian product categories. Launch new product lines with Commercial and Clinical teams, including supplier onboarding, TGA/ARTG readiness, labeling, customs, and biosecurity compliance. Establish contracting standards, initiate an S&OP cadence, lead supplier reviews and improvement plans, and coach junior procurement staff.

Supports the CEO and leadership team through business analysis, financial modeling, executive operating rhythms, strategic communications, and cross-functional project execution. The role produces weekly business views, prepares leadership meetings and offsites, develops market and pricing analyses, writes executive narratives, and leads ambiguous company-wide initiatives. It requires strong judgment, synthesis, commercial modeling, AI and data fluency, project management, resilience, and a founder-oriented approach.
