Owns strategic enterprise pursuits from prospecting through closure, positioning data, digital, and AI-led solutions. Builds pipelines, manages forecasts, orchestrates cross-functional deal teams, and develops CXO relationships. Drives post-sale land-and-expand growth, competitive intelligence, sales governance, and coordinated account handoffs. The role manages a significant multi-year growth agenda with approximately USD 20–50M or more in pipeline and revenue potential.

Manage end-to-end CRM marketing lifecycle: strategy, audience segmentation, campaign build/deployment (email/SMS/push), QA, A/B and multivariate testing, lifecycle optimization using analytics and automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and LTV.

Execute end-to-end outbound CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push): audience segmentation, QA, build, deploy and optimize lifecycle programs. Use automation, A/B and multivariate testing, machine learning/predictive modeling, and analytics to improve conversion and LTV. Collaborate with Data & Analytics, MarTech, product, media, and agencies to meet performance goals and extract insights for template and strategy optimization.
