Lead the EDQ Customer Success team across ANZ to drive adoption, expansion of ARR, retention and customer advocacy. Build playbooks for up-sell/cross-sell, run QBRs, workshops and events, act as trusted advisor and voice of the customer, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Consulting to realise customer value.

The Account Manager will drive revenue by increasing SaaS portal activity, supporting onboarding, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve revenue targets and cross-sell products.

Serve as a trusted advisor to major banking clients to solve credit risk, analytics, decisioning, fraud prevention and customer management challenges. Support sales, product and delivery teams, lead client presentations, proposals and RFPs, shape product direction with market insights, and help clients realise value through governance, analytics and adoption activities.
