Manage relationships with financial institution clients, understand their goals and workflows, identify opportunities to improve technology adoption, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions. The role owns client initiatives, resolves issues, supports retention and growth, provides product feedback, and contributes to team development while building expertise in financial technology and client success.

Drives sales, retention, and expansion of FactSet’s buy-side front-office products across Australia and New Zealand. Builds client relationships, partners with sales and implementation teams, manages a regional book of business, tracks opportunities in CRM, and develops expertise in research, analytics, quantitative, and portfolio-construction workflows. Positions competitive product differentiation, supports enterprise solution selling, and communicates regional client feedback to product teams.

Lead client implementations of FactSet performance, analytics, and risk solutions. Gather requirements, design scalable workflows, advise on data integration and ETL, manage implementation risks and scope, validate outputs, document solutions, deliver training, and transition clients to support. The role also identifies expansion opportunities, communicates with senior stakeholders, and partners with Product Development and Engineering to incorporate client feedback.
