Lead client implementations of FactSet performance, analytics, and risk solutions. Gather requirements, design scalable workflows, advise on data integration and ETL, manage implementation risks and scope, validate outputs, document solutions, deliver training, and transition clients to support. The role also identifies expansion opportunities, communicates with senior stakeholders, and partners with Product Development and Engineering to incorporate client feedback.

Entry-level client-facing FinTech role: undergo a 6-month training program (including two weeks in Manila), develop deep product and industry knowledge, build consultative client relationships, identify integration and usage improvements, partner with internal teams to implement solutions, and act as the client voice to drive product innovation.
