Manage complex client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for financial software solutions. Responsibilities include project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, stakeholder communication, resource planning, vendor coordination, quality assurance, client readiness, training, cutover, production transition, financial tracking, and PMO improvement initiatives.

Participate in intensive FinTech training, develop expertise in FactSet products and financial workflows, build consultative client relationships, tailor solutions, improve client integration and product usage, coordinate with internal teams on implementations, and represent client needs in product innovation. The role supports financial institutions across investment banking, asset management, and wealth management.

Manage relationships with financial institution clients, understand their goals and workflows, identify opportunities to improve technology adoption, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions. The role owns client initiatives, resolves issues, supports retention and growth, provides product feedback, and contributes to team development while building expertise in financial technology and client success.
