Leads cross-functional air network projects across Asia-Pacific, advising on customer linehaul requests and designing cost-effective routing, capacity, and schedule solutions. Coordinates with airline partners, vendors, operations, procurement, and planning teams to implement network solutions. Develops automation tools and planning-system improvements while tracking performance, supporting route launches, and managing operational execution.

Oversees strategic programs across business domains, develops program plans, evaluates initiative value, establishes execution standards, analyzes operations, manages risks, and provides executive reporting. The role acts as a thought leader and consultant, influences business decisions through fact-based analysis, advances ideas from concept through execution, and communicates effectively with senior leadership. It also supports large-scale projects and may contribute to mergers and acquisitions activities.

Serves as a regional Total Rewards subject matter expert and internal consultant across Asia Pacific. Advises HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, recognition, and related programs; evaluates market competitiveness using external data; identifies risks and opportunities; supports program implementation, vendor partnerships, policy governance, job evaluation, grading structures, and continuous improvement. Requires strong analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills in a dynamic regional environment.
