Leads client implementations of Fenergo’s CLM platform within financial-services environments. Advises clients on operating models, requirements, solution design, regulatory compliance, and implementation strategy. Provides product demonstrations, stakeholder management, issue escalation, pre-sales support, and subject-matter expertise across KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, credit risk, tax regulation, and ESG. Also supports practice development, mentoring, training, change management, and delivery improvement. Domestic and international travel is required.

Activates strategic enterprise accounts by conducting signal-led outreach, engaging senior stakeholders, running SPICED-based discovery, developing account-specific value hypotheses, and multi-threading buying groups. Partners closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and GTM leaders to create and progress qualified enterprise pipeline. Maintains account plans, discovery insights, and CRM records while using data, AI tools, and market signals to improve targeting and opportunity conversion.
